These terms govern your use of UK Imports (the "Marketplace"), operated by UK Imports Inc. By creating an account, browsing, bidding, listing, or messaging on the Marketplace you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Marketplace.
UK Imports is a venue that connects buyers with independent sellers of boats, cars, motorcycles, and related parts and accessories. Unless a listing states otherwise, the seller — not UK Imports — owns the item, sets its price and reserve, and is responsible for its description, condition, title, and lawful transfer. Payment and collection are arranged directly between buyer and seller.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be legally able to enter contracts in your state. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Sellers must have the legal right to sell what they list, describe items accurately and completely, honor sales that meet or exceed any reserve, and comply with all laws that apply to the sale — including vehicle titling, odometer disclosure under federal law, lemon and salvage disclosure rules, and any licensing requirements in their state.
The Marketplace is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not inspect, warrant, or guarantee any listing, and we are not a party to sales between buyers and sellers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UK Imports Inc disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Marketplace or from transactions between users. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under laws that cannot be waived.
No shill bidding, no interference with auctions, no scraping or automated abuse, no unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing listings or messages. We may remove content and cancel bids or listings to protect the integrity of the Marketplace.
